What are the precautions for a circular blowout preventer?

1. Please close the anti spray device and check the sealing effect according to relevant regulations. If any damage or other issues are found with the rubber core, please replace it immediately.

2. The spare parts for the rubber core of the annular spray preventer should be properly stored.

3. Not allowed to engage in long-term work with the hermit tribe

4. When the annular anti nozzle is in a sealed state, the pipe string can slowly move up and down, but it cannot rotate.

5. It is strictly prohibited to use a slightly open annular splash guard that releases casing pressure as a scraper.

6. When restricting the wellbore and lifting drill bits, only 18 inch welded drill bit joints can be used.

7. To prevent damage to the annular splash guard, please check if the annular splash guard is open every time it is opened.

8. Use standard hydraulic oil when opening and closing the annular spray, and pay attention to cleanliness.

9. The oil pressure controlled by the sealing fluid should not be too high, and the high oil pressure controlled by the sealing fluid should not exceed 15MPa. The oil pressure controlled by the sealing fluid shall not exceed 10:5mpa.

10. After the installation of the annular splash proof coating on site, zero sealing test is generally not carried out, but if necessary, annular sealing test should be conducted.
